You'd Think I'd Be Better at This by Now

Ground turkey thawed in the fridge, almost 4pm, and I still haven't a clue what to make for dinner tonight. Kind of over tacos. Kids won't eat a loaf of meat. Make that Grayson won't eat a loaf of meat. Abby would be thrilled at the prospect. It's raining so I'm thinking soup. Taco soup it will be.

(The kids are taking matters into their own hands. Who can blame them?)

You're good to cook dinner at all. It's hard to make something to please everyone.

Are the kids looking at cook books? LOL! You're so cute!

If you google the ingredients you have, you can find tons of easy recipes. Also, there are a lot of websites that have "5-ingredient" recipes. I like those the most...that way I don't have to run to the store for "saffron threads" (I still have no idea what those are!).

monica, sometimes i wish i could opt out of making dinner, believe me, and yes, it is hard to please everyone so i'm kind of lucky that my husband isn't picky even if g is.

trace, nice google info. i wondered that but never really tried it so will have to give that a go for sure. wonder what it will come up with for bologna, ketchup, and kiwi (time to go shopping)!! :) let me know how your soup turns out. i have a killer recipe for one (thanks to your beautiful wife, mr. wendler!)

pjmom, from facebook? they have a recipe section? how did i miss that? or was it a friend's recipe?
